IRON-X is a highly effective, concentrated liquid neutralizing sour for use in the Pariser CLS injection program. Product has direct application where final pH of linen is required below the range found in the raw water used for rinsing, and for linen treatment where rust or iron matter is prevalent and discoloration of linen noticeable.

APPLICATION
IRON-X is used in the range of 2-3 ounces per CWT of wash, depending on the pH range and iron concentrations existent. Care should be used so as to maintain a pH on the linen of between 5.5 to 6.5 depending on the classification and finishing procedures. Routine gross overfeeding of product is not recommended due to its acid nature and the potential damage to fiber that could occur when used repeatedly in this manner.

HANDLING
IRON-X is a blend of acids commonly used for souring and rust removing applications. Extreme care should be used in its handling. IRON-X should not be mixed with any other compounds. Product can cause skin and eye irritation upon contact, and if this occurs, area should be rinsed for 15 minutes with water or a solution of bicarbonate of soda.

PACKAGING
IRON-X is packaged in 2.5 gallon totes and 6 and 15 gallon plastic pails.
